1. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
Pro List Local offers the following subscription tiers:
STARTER ($99/month) - 1 city coverage - Shared lead allocation - Email notifications - Basic analytics
PROFESSIONAL ($299/month) - 5 city coverage - Shared + exclusive lead allocation - Featured placement - Full analytics
ENTERPRISE ($799/month) - Unlimited city coverage - Unlimited lead allocation - Dedicated account support - Advanced reporting
FEATURED ADD-ON ($49/month) - Top placement for a city + service market - Add-on to an existing paid plan
2. BILLING
- Billing occurs on the 1st of each month - Charged automatically to your Stripe payment method - Invoices sent to email on file - Taxes calculated based on location (if applicable) - All prices in USD
3. PAYMENT METHODS
We accept: - All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) - Automatic billing via Stripe - Payment failure notifications sent via email - Account suspension if payment fails after 7 days
4. AUTO-RENEWAL
Your subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled. Promotional rates ($49.50/month) apply only for first 3 months; standard rate ($99/month) applies thereafter.
5. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
a) How to Cancel - Go to Account Settings → Billing - Click "Cancel Subscription" - Effective immediately; no future charges
b) Refund Policy - Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months - If you cancel mid-month, you retain access until end of billing period - Refund requests reviewed within 30 days
c) Special Cases - Duplicate billing errors: Full refund - Technical issues preventing service use: Prorated refund - Early termination within 7 days: Full refund (trial period)
6. PRICE CHANGES
- Any price increases announced 30 days in advance via email - You can cancel before new price takes effect - Promotional rates are non-transferable and non-renewable
7. SUSPENDED ACCOUNTS
Your account may be suspended if: - Payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days - Terms of Service violations detected - Fraudulent activity identified - Legal compliance issues
Suspended accounts lose Featured access; Starter access maintained if payment resolved.
8. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
Pro List Local LLC reserves the right to terminate accounts that: - Violate these terms - Engage in fraudulent activity - Harass other users - Contain illegal business information
9. NO WARRANTY
Services provided "as is" without warranty. We make no guarantees of: - Lead volume or quality - Response rates from homeowners - Uptime (though we maintain 99.5% target) - Business success or profitability
10. LIABILITY LIMITATION
Pro List Local LLC's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months (or $100, whichever is greater).
11. DISPUTES & ARBITRATION
- Any disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Missouri - Class action lawsuits waived - Attorney fees not awarded unless otherwise required by law
