1. Overview
Pro List Local LLC operates on a subscription basis. You may cancel at any time. Subscription fees are non-refundable except in the specific circumstances described in Section 4 below.

2. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account, navigating to Account Settings → Billing → My Subscription, and selecting "Cancel Subscription." Cancellation takes effect immediately. You will retain access through the end of your current billing period and will not be charged again.
Example: If your billing cycle runs March 15 through April 14 and you cancel on March 20, your access continues through April 14 and no further charges apply.

3. What Happens After Cancellation
Upon cancellation: - Recurring charges stop immediately - You retain full access until the end of the paid billing period - Your listing remains visible in the directory at no charge - You may reactivate or upgrade at any time

4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:
a) Billing Errors If you were charged the wrong amount, charged twice, or charged without authorization, we will issue a full refund for the affected transaction. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge date.
b) Service Outages If the platform experiences a verified outage exceeding 24 consecutive hours that directly prevented your listing from appearing in search results, a prorated refund will be calculated as: (Days unavailable / Days in billing cycle) × Monthly fee paid
c) 7-Day Trial Cancellation If you cancel within 7 days of starting your first paid subscription, a full refund of your first month's charge will be issued upon request. This applies once per account.
d) Promotional Rate Errors If a promotional discount was applied incorrectly or removed from your account without notice, we will refund the difference for the affected billing periods.

5. How to Request a Refund

6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are not issued for the following: - Voluntary cancellations after the 7-day trial window - Unused days remaining in a billing period after cancellation - Leads not received or dissatisfaction with lead quality - Failure to use your listing or profile features - Expired or non-applicable promotional codes

7. Subscription Pauses and Holds
We do not offer subscription pauses, seasonal holds, or flexible billing periods. If you wish to stop billing temporarily, you must cancel your subscription and reactivate when ready.

8. Payment Failures
If a scheduled payment fails, we will notify you by email. You have 7 calendar days to update your payment method. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, your account will be suspended and your listing deactivated until payment is received. No refund is issued for suspended periods caused by payment failure.
